Agreement

You have an agreement with us when you finished the order process completely including choosing the way of payment.

You will get an e-mail from us with confirmation of your ordered items. In this e-mail you'll also find the total costs. When you decide to cancel your order, you have 24 hours to do this.

Prices

Of course it's also possible that Re-played.com makes a mistake, e.g. offer our products for € 1,00 or lower. This means that all the prices are without obligation and can be changed by us. When we have accepted your order, we're entitled to change the calculated price within 48 hours. Of course you will understand that this is a very exceptional situation.

All our prices are in Euros and including VAT. The mentioned prices are excluding shipment- and administration costs.

Delivery time

Your order will be shipped out after receiving payment. Shipment time can vary, this depends on the local postal services. Of course we'll do anything we can to keep the delivery time as short as possible. Unfortunately it's always possible that due to circumstances we can't send out the shipment within the mentioned delivery times. If this occurs, you will be notified by us.

Delivery time if the item is in stock: 2-5 days
Delivery time if the item is not in stock: 5-20 days

Transportation / Risk

Our products will be shipped in special envelopes with protection. Larger packages will be send in a box. We've chosen the Dutch postal services (TNT) as our partner in shipping, because of the high reliability and the quick service. We cannot take any further responsibilty when the products are on their way to you. However, we will always try to find a solution together with you to keep you satisfied. This can vary in every case. Broken cases are for risk of the buyer.

The goods can only be sent back to us after you've contacted us and with a clear good reason. Goods which have been sent back without contacting us first won't be handled.

Privacy

Your personal details (Address/Telephone number, etc.) will be kept in our database. We will never give your details to third parties.

Payment

It's possible to choose out of 3 different payment methods at the moment at Re-played.com. 1) Transferring the total amount to our bankaccount. 2) Paying via credit card. 3) Sending the total ammount in a sturdy, registered envelope to our postal address. 4) PayPal. If you choose the 3rd option, please inform us before sending out the money.


We're allowed to cancel your order when we haven't received your payment within 30 days.
